Barbora Krejčíková will face the American Shelby Rogers, Tereza Martincová will face the Swiss Jil Teichmann. Karolína Muchová has a tougher draw, as she will face the seventh seed Beatriz Haddad Maia.
The other two representatives of domestic tennis, Petra Kvitova and Karolina Pliskova, will face successful players from the ongoing qualification. Both will learn the names of their opponents during Sunday afternoon.
