The match with Petr Vondráček had to be postponed due to the health of the K1 legend, but Petr Kareš has another interesting match planned. His opponent will be Alex Cverna, a forty-six year old veteran who challenged him to a boxing match.

The Fight Night Challenge organization has another celebrity boxing tournament coming up on June 6. Majk Spirit and Separo will provide the main event.

There will be no shortage of interesting fights, just like at the last tournament, we will be able to see the sixty-four year old veteran Alex Cverna.

He will challenge Petr Kareš, who dropped his match with Petr Vondráček. “I’m making this video because I know that Petr Kareš dropped his fight. I would like to challenge him with this. Or invite him to have a boxing match with me at Fight Night Challenge on June 3.

Peter, come on, let’s do it. Let’s give the fans what they want. You shouldrespond with this and say let’s do it,” he told him on Instagram.

Kareš has now responded to him and confirmed the match. But along with that, he added a few words mentioning that he will definitely not get any recognition if he wins.

“I’m a fan of your effort and desire to become a recognized fighter, but the road to that doesn’t lead to that if you beat Kareš. The way to do that is not by badmouthing your opponents. You had the pirate in the ring, you had a chance to beat him.

You couldn’t. Everything else is just excuses. And it’s certainly not the way to go if you challenge guys in other disciplines than the sport and a few weight classes down. The way to recognition is not through media and social media.
