The end of Ronaldo at United? The Portuguese wants to leave the club, he has already submitted a request to the management
Cristiano Ronaldo joined Manchester United ahead of the 2021/22 season, but a year at the English club was enough for the 37-year-old striker to ask the club’s management for the option to leave. The reason for this may be that United will only play in the Europa League.

British media Daily Mail or Sky Sports came up with the information that Cristiano Ronaldo may not play for Manchester United next season.
In fact, he was supposed to ask for a release if the club receives an appropriate offer for him. Why did he decide to do so? That’s a question that hasn’t been answered yet.
The thirty-seven year old striker scored eighteen goals in thirty league games for United last season, so it certainly cannot be said that he belongs to the old iron.
However, he probably doesn’t want to play in the Europa League, which United players and fans have to be content with as they have not been successful in the league again.
But so far there is not much relevant speculation as to where one of the best players in the world could be heading. Only two teams have been tipped recently.
These are Bayern and Chelsea, with whom the Portuguese’s agent Jorge Mendes was supposed to be in talks. However, more teams can be expected to come forward with his name in the near future.
