The cage in Pardubice doesn’t look so bad anymore. Look at the bizarre sector for visiting fans in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The cage for fans of visiting teams at the new stadium in Pardubice has aroused huge passions of the wider football public this year. The cage for away fans has now been introduced in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The cage for fans of visiting teams at the new stadium in Pardubice has aroused huge passions of the wider football public this year. The cage for away fans has now been introduced in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The management of the Pardubice club presented the new home stadium to the world earlier this year. Perhaps no one knew how much passion it would arouse.
The East Bohemians’ stadium immediately became the target of criticism from football fans and also from representatives of leading Czech clubs, who began to try to improve the conditions for fans who support their club directly at the stadiums.
You always have to find the good in the bad. In this case, it is the public effort and the fight to improve conditions for fans, especially during away games.
If, in future, matches do not have to be preceded by sometimes excessive police measures and escorts, this would be a welcome change for all parties and would also relieve the state budget.
A big step was recently taken by Prague Slavia, who promised the best possible conditions for fans of the Pilsen club in a heated home match against Plzeň. In the visitors’ sector, the Susians took down all the fences and no humiliating checks preceded the match.
Cage in Bosnia and Herzegovina
As it seems, the problem with fans is not only solved in our country. Bosnian club Velež Mostar decided to lock the visiting fans in an even more absurd cage than we have the opportunity to watch in Pardubice.
Fans of visiting Željezničar expressed their dissatisfaction with the stands and refused to come to Mostar for the semi-final of the domestic cup.
Let’s hope that putting fans in cages doesn’t become a new trend, because if you go to football, nobody wants to feel like an animal locked behind bars.
