The biggest Czech MMA stars are conquering the virtual world. Check out the unique NFT collection of Vemola, Martinek and Kozma

Czech technology platform Rull is preparing an exclusive NFT collection in cooperation with the biggest stars of Czech MMA Karlos “TERMINATOR” Vémola, Michal Martínek and David “Pink Panther” Kozma. Fans will have a unique opportunity to get a unique digital collection of their favourite fighters, which was created by the NMDS design studio and Benjamin Butler’s crew.

For the first time, Rull is not only appearing as an NFT marketplace, but also as a producer of its own digital content. This builds on its previous successful collaboration with European MMA organization OKTAGON.

NFT and other digital assets are taking centre stage throughout the sports world. This is because they represent one of the major trends that are changing the sports landscape and providing fans with unique opportunities to engage with their favourite teams and athletes.

“The entire sports world is really taking NFT technology seriously. It’s time to raise the bar. That’s why we invited the best fighters who represent the Czech MMA scene and we want to produce content with them in style.

For the NFT collection, we decided to use the professional film studio Buttler, which has worked on projects with Škoda auto, Levis, or Adidas and other big names,” says Zdeněk Vacek, entrepreneur and founder of Payment4U, the payment company that developed the Rull platform.

“Our goal is to offer people the best in the NFT market. The individual sequences capture the best parts of fights and specific fighter movements. The wrestlers have been placed in an abstract digital arena that reflects the visual style of the Rull app.

For close-ups, we used interesting camera techniques such as simulating fighter movement. It includes a play with lights that emphasizes the fighter’s silhouette with, for example, laser light, specifies the unique concept Martin Kermes creative strategist and co-founder of NMDS studio.

The exclusive NFT collection will be released in limited quantities and will be available for a limited time. In addition, the digital content will be supported by physical items such as a clothing collection, signed wrestler gloves or a signature card.

“This is my first NFT project. I really enjoyed the shoot and the fans definitely have something to look forward to. I see a great future in NFT given the developments in the world, Rull’s own production takes it all to a new level that I enjoy. I chose the Rull platform because I believe in the Czech technology product, which has recently successfully connected with the OKTAGON fight organization,” explains MMA fighter Michal “Blackbeard” Martinek.

For athletes, NFTs represent a unique opportunity to promote their name and create new opportunities to interact with fans.

“We are at the beginning of something big! We’re giving fans unique content. NFT is a huge phenomenon in the world. It’s a great opportunity for the Czech MMA scene to be the first with something. Modern technology will definitely move our sport forward. I’m used to working with the best in the industry, which is why I chose the Rull platform to work with,” says MMA fighter Karel “TERMINATOR” Vémola.
