Paige VanZant has made a name for herself as one of the top female fighters in the UFC, but her last two fights have been under the BKFC banner, where she fought without gloves. Despite her two losses, the organization’s boss would like to see her in the ring again.

The American fighter was signed by the BKFC organization in 2020 for big money. Paige VanZant was supposed to be the new star of the gloveless boxing tournaments. Her arrival boosted the confidence of the organization’s boss. Unfortunately, she lost her two fights on points.

In her second fight, she lost to another former UFC fighter, Rachael Ostovich. There was a lot of talk about what’s next for the American beauty. She herself was unsure of her future, even admitting that she was thinking about ending her career.

It is worth noting that thanks to her popularity not only on social networks, she is not necessarily dependent on income from wrestling.

However, BKFC boss Dave Feldman has revealed that the 27-year-old fighter will return to action later this year. He reckons she could be in the ring in April or May at the latest.

“We’ve already started the preliminary conversation. I’m impressed with what she has shown. She didn’t have to fight for us at all, she had other options, but she tried and lost twice. Neither of those fights ended in a debacle for her, they were tough and great fights,” Feldman expressed in an interview with MMA Fighting.

A third loss, however, might not be viewed as well. Feldman says VanZant is still improving and is aware that she can’t be given endless chances. But the organization’s boss himself is hopeful that the American fighter can make a name for herself.
