Satoransky reached the top of the list thanks to his transfer from the Washington Wizards to the Chicago Bulls last year, where he signed a three-year contract that guarantees him $30 million.
The top Czech basketball player is followed by six hockey players, with Jakub Voracek, who defended his second place last year, earning the most.
The other two spots were taken by a pair of forwards from the Boston Bruins, namely David Pastrnak and David Krejci, who are currently battling in the playoffs with Tampa Bay, but are currently losing 2-1.
The 10th highest paid footballer is Patrik Schick, who played for RB Leipzig last season.
