No one doubts that Tereza Bledá will fight under the UFC banner in the future. The question is when. Bledá wanted to become the youngest woman in the organization, that won’t happen anymore, but the chance may come soon.
Twenty-year-old Tereza Bledá has five professional fights under her belt in which she has yet to find a submission. So the talk of the UFC is loud in her case.
Bledá was planning to become the youngest woman in the history of the organization, but that won’t happen, so she was expected to be in no hurry anymore.
“The key is for the offer to come. But since Teresa is represented by the globally known First Round Management, I believe it could be really close. But as Tereza herself said, OKTAGON is taking great care of her now.
So if she doesn’t move to the UFC now, she’ll easily do one or two more defenses in the Czech Republic and the move will happen later. All options are open,” André Reinders told Kaocko.cz in January.
But now it looks like she might move soon. In fact, the UFC has been adding profiles of fighters, including Matej Peñáz, but also just Bledá.
So it’s possible that some negotiations are already underway, the question then is whether Bledá would go to the UFC directly or through Contender, through which Peňáz is trying to fight for a contract.
