Alfa Romeo has revealed the special livery it will apply for the upcoming race weekend in Belgium. The aim is to celebrate and highlight its partnership with streaming company Kick, with whom it has partnered ahead of the start of this season.

Alfa Romeo has begun its partnership with streaming company Kick ahead of the start of this season.

The purpose of the new livery is thus to try to highlight this partnership and give Kick a visible presence on the race car.

Alfa Romeo will apply the special livery in the upcoming Belgian Grand Prix, with bright green elements on the C43 monopost.

It should be noted the Kick platform was established by Alfa Romeo’s title sponsor, Stake, in October last year.

In its first few months, the platform has already attracted more than ten million users. The platform aims to pull up against the established streaming platforms by offering its creators a 95:5 share of the revenue from viewer subscriptions.

And so far, that seems to be working solidly. One of the most prominent members is Canadian streamer xQc. He has signed an exclusive deal for up to $100 million, and he has already brought 400,000 viewers to the Kick platform.

Alfa Romeo this season…

Alfa Romeo is currently only in ninth place in the Constructors’ Cup, having only picked up nine points so far. Only the AlphaTauri is currently worse.

At the last Hungarian Grand Prix, Valtteri Bottas finished twelfth, while his teammate Zhou Kuan-yu was only sixteenth. Both drivers had a great start to the race after qualifying on Saturday.

In fact, both Alfa Romeo drivers pulled a truly above-average performance from their cars on Saturday. Zou qualified in fifth place, while Bottas started from position number seven. Immediately after the start, however, both drivers dropped significantly down the order, also due to a crash at the first corner.
