Sparta’s appeal failed. Only 1,000 fans will get to the stadium for the game against Partizan
Due to government regulations, more than 1,000 fans cannot go to the stadium to watch the game against Partizan. Despite enormous efforts, Sparta did not get an exemption.

Sparta will play the important match against Serbian Partizan with only a limited number of fans in the stadium. Despite Sparta’s efforts to get an exemption from the government regulation, it was not granted.
The team’s management sought the possibility to fill 50% of the stadium’s capacity. A higher number of fans would certainly have had an impact on the performance of the Letná team. The reduced capacity at the home stadium is therefore the first obstacle in the way of promotion.
The biggest paradox is the time when the measure allowing 50% stadium capacity will come into force. Indeed, Sparta negotiated for an exemption of only three hours. This time interval is exactly separated by two different government measures.
Only 500 tickets go on sale at the moment, but these are only for season ticket holders.
