Southampton vs. Norwich: Preview and betting tips
Norwich have an important game on Friday in the fight for salvation, at home to Southampton. The visitors have dropped points to Tottenham and Manchester United in the last two weeks, so the Canaries are not expecting anything easy.

Southampton are picking up points in a big way after a poor start to the season over the winter. In the last three rounds, they’ve picked up seven points and jumped up to tenth place. Theoretically, they can still think about the cups, Saints are currently eight points behind the seventh place.
Norwich, on the other hand, are in the relegation zone, or more accurately in last place. They are five points behind the non-relegation positions and if they want to realistically think about salvation, they must score on Friday.
Southampton rely on the offspring and heartthrob James Ward-Prowse, the English midfielder has already scored six goals and assisted four. Point forward Armando Broja has made six saves and added an assist.
Only Teemu Pukki has been steady in the visitors’ lineup, with the Finnish goal scorer having six goals and one assist. The talented Irishman Adam Idah is also worth mentioning, author of one goal and one assist.
Southampton’s offense has started to work, Ward-Prowse is at his best and Saints have scored at least two goals in three of their last four games thanks mainly to him.
Norwich are not only the last team in the table, they are the worst in many ways. They have scored the most goals in the league (53), while scoring the least (15).
Considering that seven of Southampton’s last eight goals have come after the sides have changed sides, I think more goals will be seen in the second half.
