Slavie fans complain about Ticketportal, it is again causing problems when buying tickets

Slavia fans are furious! The pre-sale of tickets for the match against Legia Warsaw has started and the ticketing agent is causing constant problems. If some people even click on the website, they may find out that it is not located in the Czech Republic, although they order from Prague.

The ticketing website Ticketportal is not very popular with football fans. It has not been working as it should for a long time.

This has now been verified by Slavie fans who wanted tickets for the match against Legia Warsaw. What is going on and what are Ticketportal’s problems?

The website is constantly crashing, even if you queue. Often the code you need to enter doesn’t work. If you overcome these pitfalls, it may give you a payment error and you have to repeat it several times.

But now something new has happened, many people have complained that it says it is not located in the Czech Republic. “For sitting just outside of Prague IP Pavlova, so good. That’s some great solution again,” tweeted user SUNicko sarcastically.

Sparta fans had similar problems last season, which is why the club decided to replace Ticketportal with Enigoo, which has worked great so far.
