Slavia’s biggest weapons against Feyenoord? Experience and two in-form speedsters
On Thursday, the Sixers will play the opening quarter-final of the Conference Europa League at Feyenoord Rotterdam. The Dutch team will be the favourite, but the Prague team has several weapons that can help them to a solid result.

Cup scarecrow Sor
The Nigerian winger has not scored a single goal against Karviná, Liberec, Sparta, Plzeň or Bohemians. In the Conference League, however, Yira Sor has been on a roll – in the double-header against Fenerbahce and LASK he scored five goals and assisted two more.
So Sor is easily suited to the European Cups, where he gets more space and shows his speed. Although Feyenoord’s stoppers are on a higher level in terms of speed and quality, they are not allowed to give him an inch of space that he can use to run on his own.
It must be said, Feyenoord’s defence faces a difficult task indeed.
Experience
The Dutch club has the upper hand in terms of team quality, even in the absence of Lukáš Provod, David Hovorka and other players, but if we look at the experience of big European matches, we’ll give Slavia the plus points.
Ondrej Kolar, Stanislav Tecl, Ibrahim Traoré and Peter Olayinka remember the Europa League quarter-final with Sevilla and the Champions League group stage.
Ondrej Lingr, Alexander Bah, Tomas Holeš and Oscar Dorley were there for last year’s Europa League quarter-final campaign.
Danish Trent with unreal numbers
Alongside Sor, Danish right-back Bach must also be singled out. He performed very well during his first season in Slavia, but this season he is one of the five best players in the entire league.
Bah has contributed to sixteen goals (6+10) across all competitions and his influence on Susi’s play is enormous.
