Slavia has Fenerbahce! Sparta got Partizan in Conference League
After a very long time, both Slavia and Sparta made it to the spring part of the European Cups. Both teams have an interesting draw in the Conference playoffs.
After a very long time, both Slavia and Sparta made it to the spring part of the European Cups. Both teams have an interesting draw in the Conference playoffs.
Slavia advanced to the Conference League playoffs from their group, while Sparta dropped out of the Europa League. The playoffs are not yet a derby, as two teams from the same country can only play each other in the quarter-finals.
The matches will start at the home ground of the unseeded team (EL teams), the rematch will be played at the stadium of the seeded team (CL teams).
The first playoff matches will be played on 17 February, the rematches on 23 February. The playoff winners will be entered into the Conference Eight draw as unseeded against the seeded teams, which means against the Conference Group winners. LASK Linz, Gent, AS Rome, Alkmaar, Feyenoord, FC Copenhagen, Rennes, Basel.
