The Czech national team will play a friendly match against Wales after the failed barrage. Coach Jaroslav Šilhavý said that he will give a chance to all players in the nomination, how could the line-up look like?

A much reduced national team had to play a barrage of games against Sweden. The team fought bravely even without several of its mainstays and finally fell in overtime.

Against Wales, however, it is no longer a big deal, so it is expected that the heavily loaded players at club level will be rested and others will be given the opportunity, which was confirmed by the coach.

“We plan to have all the players from the nominated squad on the pitch, except for the goalkeeper. We are still deciding how we will do it,” Jaroslav Šilhavy told the Czech national team channel.

He also revealed that Jindřich Staněk will be the goalkeeper, as he hinted, but it is possible that Milan Heča will also make his debut for some part.

If we assume that all the players who did not start from the first minute against Sweden will start in the starting line-up, the starting eleven could look something like this.

Stanek
Havel – Petrášek – Zelený – Matějů
Krejci II – Sadilek
Pešek – Lingr – Sýkora
Pekhart

Of the players who did not play in Sweden, Václav Jurečka and Milan Heča would still be available. But Šilhavý said that all of them will get on the field, not that they will start, the above mentioned line-up is not so likely.

The coaches will probably want to lean on their axis. So, the deployment of Tomáš Holeš, Tomáš Souček or Antonín Barák is on the table. However, with their workload, risking injuries in a friendly match where nothing is at stake seems a bit pointless.
