Roof, are you going to hurt another goalie? Look how a fan greeted the Rangers at the airport

When you say Kemar Roofe – Ondrej Kolář, everyone probably immediately thinks of the Rangers forward’s devastating hit in March of this year. On his return to Prague, a fan waited for him at the airport and confronted him directly.

The chilling footage is still in front of many fans’ eyes. Kemar Roofe, the substitute striker, could not reach the long ball, so he senselessly threw his football and stepped on his shoulder, which shot down Slavie goalkeeper Ondrej Kolar.

A few months later, Roofe returned to Prague with Rangers, but this time not to face Slavia, but Sparta. Logically, he did not gain any sympathy among Czech fans, so his landing in Prague was also unwelcome.

One fan waited for the arrival of Rangers at Václav Havel Airport and specifically for Kemar Roof. ” Hey, buddy. Are you here to hurt another goalkeeper? Glasgow Butchers!”

And the reaction of the Rangers fans? What we thought of the Scottish fans in the spring hasn’t changed much since then. “Aim for his throat, Kemar, ” urged a Rangers fan. ” Roofe will kung-fu down the Spartan goalkeeper tomorrow, ” another Scottish supporter enthused. “Next time aim for sleep and kill the bastards, ” wrote another user.

Although there is a huge rivalry between Sparta and Slavia, the vast majority of Spartans sided with their old rival in the Rangers case. Roofe and other Rangers players do not have to worry about any stormy atmosphere, because only 10 000 children will get to Letná due to the closed stadium.
