Slavia won the fourth friendly match of the summer preparation, this time against Queens Park Rangers 3:0. The goals were scored by Lukáš Provod, Oscar Dorley and Mick van Buren.
Ondřej Lingr sent the first shot from a direct kick in the fifth minute, but missed the goal. The next direct kick was already successful. Lukáš Provod took the ball, shot through the wall and the goalkeeper was unable to react.
Three minutes later, the Slavs celebrated for the second time, David Douděra’s centre from the right was cleared by Oscar from the first touch. The Seškis were clearly in the mood, in the 22nd minute Mick van Buren crashed into Mojmir Chytil, but he headed well over.
After that, the game calmed down, and in the 35th minute Ivan Schranz had the space to finish at the back post, but his shot was too weak. David Douděra closed the successful first half for the Red and Whites with a shot to the near post, but it went just wide.
After the change of sides, the English started actively, but they didn’t score anything except an offside goal. The other side couldn’t rejoice either because of an offside, after a standard situation Tomas Vlček got the ball into the net irregularly.
In the 66th minute, Ondrej Kolář distinguished himself by reflexively parrying a shot by Taylor Richards with his foot. And the Slavs punished a great chance on the break, an individual break was expertly finished by van Buren to make it 3:0.
With the game decided, the Sevilla players slowed down the pace, while QPR players unnecessarily increased their aggressiveness.
Matěj Jurásek sent the last interesting attempt in the 88th minute, but his left-footed shot from the edge of the box missed the near post.
