Problems at Manchester United? Players reportedly struggling to get used to Rangnick’s regime, don’t want to train in the dark
Adapting to the demands of a new coach may not be easy. That’s exactly what Manchester United players are experiencing, who, according to Daily Mail journalist Chris Wheeler, don’t like to train in the dark.
Adapting to the demands of a new coach may not be easy. That’s exactly what Manchester United players are experiencing, who, according to Daily Mail journalist Chris Wheeler, don’t like to train in the dark.
Morning training, lunch at 12 and free time in the afternoon and evening. Manchester United players were used to this regime under former coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
But new coach Ralf Rangnick is introducing new routines. From his previous engagements, he has a proven track record of training later in the afternoon, which he has introduced in Manchester. But it’s not exactly going down well with the players.
According to journalist Chris Wheeler, the players are finding it difficult to get used to the later training sessions, on Tuesday they were reportedly leaving the training centre at 5pm when it was already dark and the players didn’t like that.
Of course, the fans don’t like that and expect a completely different approach from their players. “You make millions every month and you cry like children because you don’t want to train in the dark,” wrote one fan, for example.
“Our players are the real problem with this club. Now they can’t hide behind Ole anymore, ” wrote another Red Devils supporter. “To read this after the last appalling performance is disgraceful. I hope Ralf will be ruthless with them and bring them back to reality,” another Manchester United fan commented.
