Ronaldo’s save didn’t pay off, Everton draw
The weekend kicked off with an interesting clash between Manchester United and Everton. Coach Solskjaer was surprised by the non-substitution of Ronaldo, the star Portuguese stayed only on the bench.
The match was very attractive, both teams played offensively, one action followed the other, the match was definitely entertaining. At the end of the 1st half, Martial scored to send the home side into the lead. It seemed that the match expectations would be fulfilled.
But in the 2nd half a very different Everton came on. The visitors outplayed the favourites, created several chances and were eventually rewarded deservedly. Townsend equalised after a beautiful individual effort and the drama was taken care of. During the 2nd half, Ronaldo also intervened in the game, but the momentum was with the Toffees.
The visitors even took the lead, but their goal was disallowed for offside by Mina. The match ended in a fair draw. The Red Devils suffered another loss, while Everton showed their strength. Ronaldo’s save was a mistake by the Red Devils coach. This result clearly goes to Solskjaer.
A dominant performance from Brighton against Arsenal, but not enough to get more than a point
Another interesting duel offered this mutual encounter. Coach Potter’s team is having a fantastic start to the season, one of the biggest surprises of the season. Arsenal, on the other hand, have won 3 games in a row, showing an improved performance. However, this match was a clear exhibition of one team.
Brighton dominated throughout the game, Arsenal clearly outplayed. The Gunners had to concentrate all their efforts on defending, the opposition defence was virtually unthreatened. The home side had some interesting actions, but mostly failed in the final stages.
They shot at Arsenal’s goal only at the very end, so they didn’t get the desired goal. The match ended in a goalless draw. The final result is disappointing for Brighton, they were in a position to win.

Brentford came into the game much better. He tormented the Hammers’ defence with his offensive forays and created several scoring opportunities. Mbeum’s goal gave them the lead in the 20th minute. West Ham, on the other hand, didn’t get the game started at all. The first half didn’t really work out, he didn’t keep up with the battles, the opponent often got into the outnumbered. The score 0:1 after the first half was still a flattering result.
