An active opening offered hints on both sides, but they were poorly dealt with in the final stages. After fifteen minutes, Plzen kept pace, played one corner and shot once. Inter, on the other hand, looked a little nervous.
It wasn’t until the 16th minute that Hakan Calhanoglu fired in from a direct kick, but his attempt was knocked down by Adam Vlkanova. In the 23rd minute, Henry Stanek scored twice. First Federico Dimarco, then Henrik Mchitarjan after a great combination of the home team.

After the change of sides, Inter enjoyed the game, their calmness was evident in their performance. In the 55th minute, after another neat one-touch combination, Mchitarjan hit the right post, and two minutes later Stanek flashed against Lautaro Martinez.
In the 65th minute, the fans celebrated. Džeko hit the area near the left post with a low shot, Stanek had no chance. When it seemed that both teams were just finishing the game, Romelu Lukaku came on after his injury was healed and scored immediately.
Inter won 4:0 to qualify for the play-offs, while Pilsen can’t even finish third before the last round.
