Viktor Pešta failed to win his first fight in the American PFL organization, Russian Omari Akhmedov was over his strength and the Czech fighter ended up on the ground after a KO. What did he say about his tough loss after the fight?

Viktor Peshta became the Octagon organization’s welterweight champion in the fall when he defeated Stephan Putz. He hasn’t had a fight since then, plus his contract has expired in the Octagon.

He did not accept the extension and embarked on a more troubled journey when he accepted the PFL offer. It was clear that the opponents would be tougher, as the Czech fighter found out on his debut.

He went down in the first round and was awarded a hard KO by Russian Omari Akhmedov, the first KO for Peshta since he fought under the UFC banner.
