Phenomenal performance! Schick scored 4 goals in half time and his Leverkusen destroyed Fürth
Patrik Schick has only recently returned to the game after an injury. He didn’t make an impact against Leipzig a week ago, but he made up for it against Fürth, scoring 4 goals and adding an assist as a bonus.

Leverkusen had a game this weekend in which they had and had to get three points. They welcomed Fürth, the last team to win a single point all season, to their home ground.
Bayer, on the other hand, are looking to return to the Champions League and need to finish in the top four. The higher the better. And it’s certainly not a bad season, Patrik Schick also has a hand in that.
However, the Czech striker has been out of action for some time and Leverkusen have had to do without him. It was reflected in the team’s play. But now Schick is back. He didn’t add a goal or an assist against Leipzig, but he made up for it against Fürth.
In the first half he assisted a goal by Pierre Hincapie, who increased the score to 3:1. But in the second half, Schick started to score himself.
In the 49th minute, a great pass from the left side found Amine Adli in a 100% scoring position. 20 minutes later, Moussa Diaby created a chance for him.
Schick completed his hat-trick in the 74th minute when the ball bounced off the crossbar after a shot from one of his teammates. The fourth and final goal was added by the Czech goal scorer after a great pass from Florian Wirtz.
The Leverkusen striker scored four goals in 27 minutes. An outstanding performance. He already has 12 Bundesliga goals, only Robert Lewandowski is doing better.
Leverkusen beat Fürth 7: 1.
