David Pastrnak had a nice assist on a Boston Bruins power play, but he made a questionable decision in overtime and probably should have been ejected. We also know all the participants of the All-Star Game.

Should be David Pastrnak ejected?

David Pastrnak didn’t make it into the three stars of the Boston Bruins’ game against the St. Louis Blues, but he definitely had his fingers in key moments! First, with a selfless pass, he completely disrupted the Blues’ defense during a power play and found teammate Charlie McAvoy unexpectedly, who was just finishing into the uncovered cage.

And in overtime, during a 3-on-3, he got an assist on Charlie McAvoy’s winning goal. But what a pass. The St. Louis players had the puck, rushed forward, and Pastrnak blocked one of them.

From the replays, his stick stayed underneath the opposing player’s feet and even the commentators, agreed that this was a two-minute misconduct. They weren’t, and McAvoy got a precise shot under the crossbar – 4:3.

Other top moments

Filip Zadina scored for the San Jose Sharks. After a pass from Tomas Hertl, he tied the game at 4:4. But the last word went to the home team Ottawa Senators, who won 5:4. Zadina was very active throughout the game and had a total of 5 shots on goal.

The Edmonton Oilers are on a roll. After a miserable start to the season, they are moving up the standings and currently have a record 10 wins in a row. The 10th triumph, this time over the Montreal Canadiens in overtime 2-1, was decided by Evan Bouchard after a pass from Connor McDavid.
