But in January, the ice moved and the organization gradually began to present foreign names, including some interesting fighters who may stand at the very top at the end.

After Melvin van Suijdam and Louis Glismann comes one of the possible favorites, namely Andreas Michailidis. A relatively familiar name to many fans.

This thirty-four year old Greek in fact comes from the UFC itself, where he has shown in four fights, but only once enjoyed a win, when he defeated K. B. Bhullar.

He was defeated by Modestas Bukauskas, Alex Pereira and Rinat Fakhretdinov. Moreover, he is the champion of two Greek organizations.

“The elite of OKTAGON will face the proud Greek “Spartan” and champion of 2 Greek organizations who has fought in the main events of the UFC for the last 3 years. There he also fought the current middleweight champion Pereira.

Out of his 13 wins he has finished his opponents 11 times before the limit, has fought very tough opponents and has trained alongside legends such as Antonio McKee and the unforgettable “Rampage” Jackson.

His experience will make him one of the hot favourites to become the King of European Welterweight,” the organisation announced on its social media.
