Jaroslav Šilhavý hasn’t lost in the national team since his contract extension. The Czechs were first against Switzerland and if it wasn’t for the goal at the end against Spain, they would have had 3 more points.

We communicated with the players on the pitch, it was our decision and of course it is unfortunate that we conceded at that moment. But I think if we hadn’t had the option of substitutions in the second half, it could have cost us this point,” he added.

The national team reunion is in its halfway point and the team will now move to Portugal and then play a rematch with Spain. It will play the remaining two matches in the autumn.
