David Pastrnak welcomed a daughter into the world with his girlfriend Rebecca.

I couldn’t be more proud of my two beautiful girls,” the newly proud father wrote on his Instagram. The post was immediately overwhelmed by hundreds of congratulations. Pastrnak admitted in an interview with iSport that this was the main reason why he turned down the national team invitation in the end, he wanted to be close to his partner. The national team management knew about everything and respected the privacy of David Pastrňák’s family.
