The Czech national U19 football team won the second preparatory match against Slovakia. After the previous 4:0 victory, they won 3:1 and can rejoice in their good form.
The Czech team entered the match better, taking the lead in the sixth minute. Filip Uriča of Olomouc opened the scoring in the first minute, when he lobbed the Slovak goalkeeper.
Slovakia did not give up, however, and 10 minutes before the end of the half equalized from the kick of captain Timothy Jambor, who did not give Tadeáš Stoppen a chance to react with his shot.
However, coach David Holoubek’s side regained the lead immediately after taking the field. In the 48th minute, Patrik Kulíšek got to the header and put the ball in the net.
Filip Vecheta sealed the victory for the Czech team in the 80th minute, setting the match result at 3:1.
This is the second victory of the Czech team over the Slovak team in the last four days.
