Newcastle vs. Manchester United: Preview and betting tips
The traditional Boxing Day was really in danger this time, but the English won’t let their festive day be taken away from them at any cost, so apart from the two duels all the other matches will be played, or so it is hoped. Apart from these, however, there will be one more game on 27 December, namely Newcastle vs Manchester United.

Newcastle certainly have a very bright future ahead of them, but for now they have to fight with what they have at their disposal, which is not enough for the Premier League and they are 3 points short of salvation.
Moreover, the Magpies have three defeats in a row in which they have conceded 11 goals and scored only one themselves. Of course, considering that they have faced Leicester, Liverpool and Manchester City, we can’t draw any conclusions from that.
This murderous streak, however, will be brought to a close with Monday’s match, and Newcastle will finish the year with a duel with Everton. After that, the first big signings can be expected, which should return the club to calm waters.
It was Manchester United who managed to win both their league games 1-0 after the arrival of Ralf Rangnick. Work on a careful defence and a gradual improvement of the attacking forays. However, nothing comes right away and we can’t talk about any great performances.
For that reason too, Newcastle might have a chance, certainly more than against the previous three teams. However, the quality of the Red Devils is immense and their victory is definitely to be reckoned with.
If only because Manchester United are unbeaten in 32 of their 34 away league games. Furthermore, Newcastle have only won once in their last 18 league games.
Furthermore, the Red Devils have won all 4 of their last meetings, three of them by 4-1 and one by 3-1. Given Rangnick’s tactics and caution, I would rather not expect a similar result, but if it suits them, there will be no question!
