While the Czech national football team is competing in the European Championship, Prime Minister Andrej Babiš has posted a video in which he shows off his football skills and invites people to cheer for Schick and co. The video garnered a lot of reactions.
Andrej Babiš once again stirred up the waters in his social media post. This time, he encouraged people to cheer for the Czech team at the Euro.
In the video, he showed his football “um” and the general public, not only football, started to mock him and comment on the video in a funny way.
Babiš is far from the only politician who has tried to score points in the world’s most popular sport.
Jiří Paroubek was one such politician, as was Tomio Okamura in the past.
Another interesting post on the topic was published on Twitter by user Surikata, who did not give the prime minister anything for free.
However, one thing is certain, Mr Babiš certainly did not lose anything with this video. And what about the Czech team at the Euro? It is now preparing for an important match against England, which it will play on Tuesday at 9 pm.
There is still a chance that they will finish first in their group, but then they would face one team from the group of death.
