New national team jerseys! Traditional colours and light accessories
The national football is resting at the moment, but the action is taking place off the pitch. One of the changes is the modification of the national jerseys. And one of the new additions is the Czech national football team, which has kept red as its main colour for the next season.
The national football is resting at the moment, but the action is taking place off the pitch. One of the changes is the modification of the national jerseys. And one of the new additions is the Czech national football team, which has kept red as its main colour for the next season.
In addition to the dominant red, two more colours of the Czech tricolour have been added to the collar and sleeves. On the chest we then find the emblem of the national football team. Generally speaking, the jersey is very simply made and is empty except for one sponsor and the aforementioned emblem.
The Czech footballers will add white shorts and blue socks to the red jerseys to complete the colours of the Czech flag. We’ll see how Tomáš Souček, Vladimír Coufal and others fare in their new attire.
Already in December, fans could see the changed logo, with which the new jerseys come. Then, at the end of April, the Czech national team came up with a new identity. It is now presented as “Czech Republic” and not “Czech Republic”.
Jaroslav Šilhavy’s charges will be back in football action on 24 September when they challenge Portugal in the Nations League in Eden. Three days later, they will face the Swiss in St. Gallen in the same competition.
Although the World Cup does not concern the Czechs, qualification for the 2024 European Championship is also fast approaching. And for the tournament in Germany, our footballers will already compete in new, very simply designed jerseys.
