Although Jose Mourinho has not enjoyed as much success in recent years as he has in the past. But he still cannot be written off. Now, he will have a stint at AS Roma, where he will try to restore the team to its former glory.

Jose Mourinho is the new coach of AS Roma and he is not going to have an easy task. He must restore the club’s lustre to its former glory.

In recent years, Mourinho has not been doing well and there has been frequent talk of possible problems in the cabin.

Yet in the days when Mourinho and his teams picked up one success after another, maximum team cohesion was usually the cornerstone.

The Portuguese coach seems to be well aware of this and is working on it in his new engagement.

He has now got his charges, along with the club staff, to all sing the AS Roma club anthem together. And what did it sound and look like? Not bad at all!

Mourinho’s caption on Instagram, where he shared the video, says it all, after all. “I have no words,” the Portuguese commented on his team’s singing performance.

For now, the team atmosphere doesn’t look bad at all. But the real cohesion will only show itself during the season.
