Slavia Prague will welcome AS Rome tomorrow. In one of the biggest matches of the autumn, they will want to make up for the performance and result from the first match in Rome. José Mourinho has once again expressed his great respect for Slavia.

Even before the first match, José Mourinho showed great respect for Slavia. He let it be known that teams like Servette and Sheriff have to beat AS Roma, but Slavia is a completely different opponent that could easily play Champions League.

He then commented in the pre-match press conference that Slavia is a great team with a great coach. The Seškis didn’t do much on the pitch, they were down 0:2 very early and the rest of the game was more or less just a shootout.

“We are expecting a tougher match, in the last match we scored a goal in the first minute and then another one and we were in an advantageous position. I can only repeat what I said before the first game. Slavia is a strong team with a very good coach,” Mourinho said at a press conference ahead of tomorrow’s game.

AS Roma arrived in the Czech capital this evening. José Mourinho praised the beauty of Prague on his Instagram. “Landing in beautiful Prague for my last game in the stands,” wrote the famous Portuguese.

Mourinho also highlighted the beauty of the Czech capital in a press conference afterwards. “I know many airports and hotels, but I don’t know many beautiful cities like Prague, my profession doesn’t allow me to do that,” said the former Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester United coach.

At the press conference preceding the one with Mourinho, Jindřich Trpišovský let it be known that this is one of the matches of a lifetime for Slavia, even though AS Roma doesn’t see it that way because of Sunday’s derby with Lazio.

“For me, every game is a life game, every time we finish, the next game is a life game for me. I agree with coach Trpišovski on that,” Mourinho replied.
