Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos has long been one of the best that the current midfield ranks have to offer. He has shown his extraordinary attributes in precision once again, this time in a video that is going viral on the internet!
Kroos has been one of Real Madrid’s stars since 2014, when the club literally almost ‘stole’ him from Bayern Munich. At the time, the transfer fee was only just shy of 25 million euros.
Despite his advanced age of 33 years, the German international still belongs in the starting line-up of Los Blancos and coach Ancelotti can’t let him go.
The player recently showed off his abilities in a video that is currently circulating the internet and going viral.
The creators of the YouTube channel Shoot for Love invited the Madrid midfielder to test his football skills, especially in the area of passing accuracy and long balls. Kroos is very well known for this, among other things.
The challenges were certainly not of the easy kind, but the Merenques midfielder convinced of his qualities in the video, showing millimetre accuracy on three occasions. The video has reached the million views mark on YouTube, with numbers even higher on other social media platforms.
The German is currently not playing full minutes in the white jersey in every game. However, he does appear in virtually all of them for a certain amount of game time, especially in important matches.
Examples are 62 minutes in El Clásico, 63 minutes in the Madrid derby or 90 minutes in the match against 2nd in the table Girona.
According to Transfermarkt, Kroos’ current market value is €15 million and in recent days there have been speculations about his possible move to the prestigious Premier League. However, he is still a very important player for Real Madrid, so a transfer is not very likely.
It’s clear that the midfielder won’t be running around the green turf forever, but his impressive career so far cannot be denied.
