Michal Martinek, Czech MMA fighter, has another opponent in front of him. The ACA organization has prepared a fight with Estonian Denis Smoldarev after he defeated Tomas Pakutinskas at the end of April. Can he improve his record to 2-1 in the Russian organization?
Thirty-one-year-old Michal Martinek has 11 professional MMA fights under his belt, only walking away defeated once.
In the summer of 2019, he fell short to Rodrigo Nascimento in a UFC fight on Dana White’s Contender Series, and last year he fell to Daniel James in his ACA debut.
Otherwise, though, he’s been picking up wins. That’s why he’s now fighting in the Russian ACA, where he has a 1:1 record. He’ll be able to improve on that soon. Martinek will face Estonian Denis Smoldarev, the same age.
His record is 16::8, but he has only won four of his last ten matches. It must be said, however, that Smoldarev is six feet tall and is slimming down for Martinek’s weight class.
So it is certain that he will have the weight advantage over the Czech fighter from Reinders MMA.
The fight will be part of the ACA 132 tournament in Minsk, Belarus, which takes place on November 19.
