Messi’s arrival didn’t help either? Kylian Mbappé still wants to leave PSG

According to a confidential French source, Kylian Mbappé does not want to continue at the Parisian big club. He wants to head to Real this month, not after his contract expires in 2022. However, it will depend on whether PSG accept the astronomical transfer fee from the Spanish giant.
The club’s chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi did his best to keep Kylian Mbappé at the Parc des Princes, but the young superstar was not convinced by the possibility of playing in the same attack with Neymar and Messi. He opted instead to follow in the footsteps of his childhood idol Cristiano Ronaldo.
Journalist Andrés Onrubia Ramos reported on his Twitter account that Real had submitted a €120 million bid for the French player. The offer is only a starter for now and it is quite possible that Paris Saint-Germain will not be satisfied with it.
However, the Parisian club’s chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi is still hopeful that he can convince Mbappé to sign a new contract. The Yenra has little room to manoeuvre as the player’s current contract expires next summer.
Thus, Real Madrid could get one of the best footballers of today for free. PSG certainly don’t want to let that happen as they would lose out on a potentially huge transfer sum.
While this situation seems unrealistic, it is possible that PSG will shut the player down and not use him to increase the pressure to sign a contract. Just like in the case of Adrien Rabiot a few years ago.
AS Monaco, the club that groomed Kylian for world football, could also collect a fat commission for this transfer. The clause assures the princely club 35 million euros (that is, if PSG accept the 120 million euros offer).
