Martial is not even wanted by clubs on loan. Will Manchester United drop their terms?

Anthony Martial wants to save his fading career by leaving Manchester United, but no clubs have shown more interest in the French winger. The problem of making the transfer happen is the financial demands of the club and the player.
In the press conference before the game against Wolverhampton, Ralf Rangnick assured Edinson Cavani and Donny van de Beek of staying at Old Trafford, on the contrary, he confirmed that Martial is on his way out of the club. At least Manchester United and the player himself are of the same opinion.
“Anthony Martial has made it clear that he wants to leave the club. But it is also a question of what clubs will be interested in the player and what terms they will set,” Rangnick indicated minimal interest in the 26-year-old Frenchman.
Manchester United gave up the chance of the former Lyon and Monaco player leaving on a permanent transfer in the January transfer deadline. That leaves an exit in the form of a six-month loan deal in play, but that won’t come cheap for a potential buyer either.
Martial’s weekly salary is £250k (approx. CZK 7.3m), with the Red Devils wanting a potential suitor to take the full wage. A potential suitor would thus pay up to £6.5m (over CZK 192m) for Martial’s six-month loan. Not counting the amount the Manchester club want for making the guest appearance.
Nevertheless, one bidder has emerged in recent days. Sevilla have sent an offer to the Isles for a six-month loan deal, during which they would cover 50% of his salary (excluding the hosting fee). Manchester brushed the offer off.
In three or four weeks time, with just days left in the winter transfer window, the Red Devils may drop their terms and Martial will find a club (at least for half a season) to restart his flagging career.
