Loser of the day: Only six minutes decided, the eighteenth game on the ticket didn’t work out and instead of a nice win, there were eyes for crying
Not every day is a holy day. Today we look at the ticket of a bettor who, although he bet only five crowns, is a real loser. The odds of 1 796,9 almost worked out for him if one of the teams hadn’t scored the winning goal at the end of the game.

There are certainly a large number among us who from time to time try their betting luck with a good sail for money which is quite negligible to us.
The unnamed underdog has decided to do the same. His stake was only five crowns, but the total odds were 1,796.9! So if it had worked out, it would have been almost 9 grand.
The bettor chose an interesting strategy. He bet on 18 matches, always choosing one of the teams not to lose. It must be said that this strategy was not a bad one.
The highest odds were 2.05 and the lowest 1.23. Unfortunately, only one of the events failed, and it was a match in the third highest French league.
The home team Bastia-Borgo hosted Stade Briochin and the aforementioned underdog believed in the home team’s non-losing, who were slight outsiders in the match.
The home side led twice in the match, but the visitors managed to equalise each time and Stade Briochin’s winning goal fell in the 84th minute.
That meant only one thing, a red cross buried an otherwise successful ticket. With just six minutes left in the match.
