Jude Bellingham is not only playing for Spain, but also for the England national team
The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! Is the English national team and world football growing another star player? While one has conquered the famous Real Madrid, his younger brother shows great potential.
Jude Bellingham is one of the most talked about players this season. The way he jumped into Real Madrid, where he needed no time to adapt and immediately became a difference player, is simply impressive.
Ten games, ten goals and three assists to boot. And all this in just twenty years! Now Jude is at the England national team meeting, preparing not only for today’s friendly against Australia, but especially for Tuesday’s Euro 2024 qualifying match against Italy.
But he’s not the only Bellingham man fulfilling his national team duties. Meanwhile, his younger brother Jobe is also running around the green grass in the shadow of his more famous brother. However, he too is showing some interesting footballing skills.
But on Wednesday, his brother Jobe also shone in the England U-19 jersey
Like his brother Jude, Jobe started professional football at Birmingham Stadium, just outside his home town of Stourbridge. But before the season he moved to Sunderland, where he is fighting for promotion to the Premier League.
At just eighteen years old, he has become a cornerstone of his new career. Sunderland hold fourth place in the Championship, guaranteeing them a place in the knockout battle for promotion to the islands’ top football competition.
Jobe Bellingham has also been a successful representative of his country, playing for England’s youth teams. And it was in the U-19 jersey that he shone in Wednesday’s Euro qualifier against Montenegro.
The England team only managed a goalless draw at home in the first round of the group stage. But Bellingham put in a breathtaking performance in the match.
During the match, he showed amazing midfield vision and great ball control. A video of a montage of his actions immediately went viral on social media and fans noticed the uncanny resemblance in football skills to his brother Jude.
Considering the fact that Jobe is only eighteen years old, he looks incredibly mature on and off the field. So will world football get a new star?
