Robert Lewandowski is trying to force a transfer from Bayern Munich to Barcelona. However, there are a few catches and the situation is being closely monitored by PSG, who would like to lure the Polish sharpshooter into their ranks.

Barcelona have no money for Lewandowski

Bayern Munich have to deal with an unexpected complication. Earlier in the season, nobody even thought about the possibility of Robert Lewandowski spending the upcoming season at another club. But it’s becoming more and more real.

In fact, the Polish sharpshooter has announced that he wants to leave the Bavarian big club and that it is in everyone’s interest not to prevent Bayern from transferring him. But the management of the already ten-time German champion refuses to sell their attacking gem no matter how much anyone offers.

Lewandowski himself would like to head to Barcelona, and the Catalan giant is doing everything possible to get him. So far, however, in vain. Besides Bayern refusing to agree to the transfer, the Catalans still have to deal with financial problems.

PSG is waiting to see how the situation develops

Barcelona, however, are not the only bidders for Lewandowski. French daily L’Équipe reports that PSG are planning to buy the Polish striker. For that, Lewandowski is even supposed to be the number one transfer target.

The French champion has managed to keep Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi’s stay is certain, but the talk of Neymar’s potential departure is getting louder and louder. Although he does not want to leave, the Parisian club is reportedly planning to sell him.

It is the arrival of Lewandowski that should speed up the Brazilian’s departure. Compared to Barcelona, PSG will certainly have no problem paying for the 33-year-old midfielder. But the Parisian club is not planning to rush anything. It will wait to see how the negotiations with Barcelona turn out.

If there is then a chance to bid for the Polish footballer, then they will definitely try to take it. And it won’t be a surprise if it actually happens. A fractious Lewandowski will be useless to Bayern, and his contract expires in a year. A future together is therefore unlikely.
