Leicester enter the 11th round again from last place in the Premier League, but this time against Leeds they will be favourites for three points. What to expect from the confrontation between 15th and 20th and what to bet on?
Leicester are experiencing a terrible start to the season. They still have only one win and two draws, and they are already four points behind the last place in the relegation places. It should be noted that they have been unlucky several times, for example in the last round against Crystal Palace (0:0).
Leeds fought bravely against Arsenal at the weekend, had more scoring chances, missed a penalty, but in the end it was not enough to get a draw. They are still in fifteenth place, just a point behind eighteenth-placed Southampton.
In the absence of the sidelined James Maddison, even more responsibility will be on Youri Tielemans, the Belgian midfielder has been involved in only two goals so far (1+1). Offensive all-rounder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has been putting in a sympathetic performance.
On the away side, Spaniard Rodrigo shines, the Leeds attacking number one has four goals and one assist. American offensive midfielder and summer signing from Salzburg, Brenden Aaronson has netted once and assisted once.
Leicester is still looking comfortable on defense, while the offense is relatively good. Of the teams in the second half of the table, only Fulham (16) have scored more goals than Leicester (15).
Leeds, on the other hand, is struggling to score goals, scoring only once in the last three rounds, while apart from Arsenal they have played against struggling Aston Villa and mediocre Crystal Palace.
Considering Leeds’ offensive woes and the fact that its strength lies mainly in its home turbulent atmosphere, I think the home side will win.
