Leo to Chelsea, that’s been a big topic in recent months. Although the Portuguese winger was expected to agree a new contract at Milan, that will not deter the wealthy suitors.
Moreover, the player could be tempted if AC do not qualify for the Champions League next season, which, considering the four-point loss to fourth-placed Lazio Roma, looks very likely after the last league loss to Spezia (0: 2).
If the Blues really want to snap up this offensive star, then they have to pay at least €100 million and add two players the Rossoneri might be interested in.
Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic. Chelsea wanted to offer them last year, but they intended to reduce the amount demanded by the Serie A participant, which was rejected by Milan.
The Moroccan winger was on AC Milan’s shortlist for reinforcements last summer, but the transfer eventually fell through.
However, the right wing position continues to plague the Milanese club, so the Moroccan footballer would be a perfect fit for the Italian side.
Pulisic could also bring a revival to Milan’s attack. At Chelsea, he has failed to build on his more successful stint at Borussia Dortmund and there is speculation about his possible departure from the London outfit practically every transfer window.
