Last days for Ronaldo. Where could he eventually head? Italy, the Netherlands or Portugal
Cristiano Ronaldo does not want to continue at Old Trafford. No way. The prospect of the Europa League is waking him up from his dream, and he hasn’t even completely hit it off with new coach Erik ten Hagem. So his agent Jorge Mendes is trying to get him out at any cost, where will it be?

It’s one of the most watched sagas of the entire summer. Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Manchester United and even the arrival of his former Real Madrid teammate Casemiro hasn’t convinced him to stay.
The Portuguese simply wants to play the Champions League at all costs, in which he holds all the records and intends to extend them further. Manchester United cannot give him that in the current edition.
So agent Jorge Mendes is trying to find a way out at any cost. Sky Sports insider Dean Jones has come up with options on where Ronaldo could head.
Italy, the Netherlands or Portugal?
According to Jones, Romano has contacted Naples about the potential arrival of the Portuguese marksman. In addition, Mendes is also trying to find a replacement for the Red Devils, so he is looking to involve Napoli striker Victor Osimhen in the whole transfer process.
Ronaldo would reportedly not be averse to a move to Napoli, with Jorge Mendes now reportedly working around the clock to get his star out of Old Trafford.
But that’s not all, there’s also a slightly surprising option in play. Ajax have been approached and Mendes is working on this option as well. The Dutch champion has just cashed in 100 million euros from Manchester United for Antony, so a reinforcement in the attack would come in handy.
Another option that is constantly being floated is Sporting Lisbon. Ronaldo grew up playing football there from the age of 12 to 18 and has promised to return to Sporting one day. He also plays in the Champions League, so it is a possibility, albeit not a very real one.
