Kubica continues in F1, will race at Monza
While Alfa Romeo is mainly dealing with its driver line-up for 2022, it still has to worry about its current driver line-up. After all, Kimi Räikkönen is still positive about Covid-19.
While Alfa Romeo is mainly dealing with its driver line-up for 2022, it still has to worry about its current driver line-up. Indeed, Kimi Räikkönen is still positive for Covid-19. Alongside Antonio Giovinazzi, Polish driver Robert Kubica will drive, as he did in the Netherlands.
Räikkönen is already known to hang up his steering wheel at the end of the season and retire from F1 as a driver for good.
And despite his performances no longer being what they once were, the Finn will always be a legend of the sport.
The 2007 world champion will give way to a driver who last competed in F1 in 2019.
Back then, he was still racing for the sovereignly last Williams, which can be compared in performance to this year’s Haas.
The Pole claimed 15th place at Zandvoort less than a week ago, just behind his temporary teammate Antonio Giovinazzi.
At Monza, we can expect a similar result from Kubica and the entire Alfa Romeo team.
