Klein after his UFC win: I’m extremely happy! I’m very happy!

Lajos Klein took a risk and this move worked out for him! He had one fight left in his UFC contract, and if he lost it, his contract would most likely not be renewed. But that didn’t happen, what did he say after winning the fight?

Lajos Klein had his fourth fight in the UFC. He won the first one, but lost the subsequent two fights, and thus fought for an extension of his contract.

He took the fight with American Devonte Smith eight days before the fight, and at a lightweight that is a notch heavier than he normally goes.

But Klein managed to win and it is expected that his contract with the UFC will be extended. Plus, he put on an outstanding performance.

So the hard work paid off and after the fight the Slovakian did not hide his feelings of happiness. Afterwards, he thanked his fans on his Instagram. What did he tell them?

“Friends, we got it at home! Finally. I’m extremely happy. Thank you all for your support. I felt your support before and after the game. It was extreme and I really appreciate it. You may be asleep, but it will reach you in the morning.

I’m so glad it worked out. We’re back on a winning streak. This is exactly what I needed to experience again. We’re moving on. Thank you again, I appreciate it. I send my greetings to Slovakia and we are finally taking the win home.”
