The first tournament of Fabriq MMA organization was successful. Slovak fighter Karol Ryšavy, whose jaw was broken by Vladimír Lengál during a fight, will not remember it well. Ryšavý is now out of surgery and sent a message to his fans.
Karol Ryšavý has a memory he can’t get out of his mind. He changed opponents in the Fabriq MMA organization and finally faced professional boxer Vladimir Lengal.
Surprisingly for many, he was not enough for him and the fight was quickly stopped. Lengal broke his jaw with an elbow from a turn and soon there was blood everywhere.
After the fight, Rysavy called the fight the worst and most unfortunate of his career and was due for surgery on Monday. The Slovakian fighter has now had the surgery and sent a message to his fans.
“Bomby is back and with an even tougher chin (titanium). Everything turned out great. I was actually lucky in my misfortune and in the end it was the easiest surgery that could have been.
But what really touched and pleased me was how many people wrote to me about helping. I really appreciate all of you people, friends and sponsors. Now just to heal sensibly because I can’t wait for the cage,” he wrote on his Instagram.
So the surgery seems to have gone as planned, but Rysavy has a really long way to go before he can return to his favourite sport again.
