The expected fight between Petr Kareš, former promoter of XFN, and Petr Vondráček, a legend of combat sports in the Czech Republic, will not take place. Or at least not on the planned date. Vondráček’s health problems are to blame.
Already on Thursday, the Heroes Gate tournament is scheduled, the highlight of which was supposed to be the fight between Petr Kareš and Petr Vondráček. Many were looking forward to this fight thanks to an interesting trailer.
Ondřej Novotný interviewed both men and Vondráček attacked Kareš and urged him to fight right there and not wait for the tournament.
In the end, everything calmed down thanks to the help of the others and the fans were looking forward to this fight being interesting. But the match had to be postponed due to Vondracek’s health problems.
“Petr Vondracek is ill and will not be able to take part in the match with Petr Kareš. Until the last moment we tried to save this match, but Petr got a second antibiotic and this match is unrealistic, the doctor will not let him into the match. Soafter the agreement with Petr Kareš we postpone this fight to the next Heroes Gate,” announced the organization.
At the same time, the fighter himself has also expressed his apologies to his fans, but he has not trained for 10 days and is now finishing his second antibiotics.
The doctor has advised him not to enter the fight, which is understandable. However, it is very likely that the fight will still take place.
And it will be at the next event of this organization, but nothing has been officially confirmed yet. But Heroes Gate will certainly not want to give up such a draw.
