According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Jakub Jankto is leaving Italy, which he will exchange for Spain. And he will play right near the capital.
Getafe is in fact a suburb of Madrid and the player will soon undergo all the examinations at the club. After that, it will be the turn of the contract signings, after which the player can be officially presented.
Today, Friday morning, the player arrived in Spain and the transfer is basically complete. Sampdoria should collect €6 million for him.
The midfielder is thus experiencing his third transfer of his career. He first left Slavia as a young player for Udinese, from whom he left three years ago after a disagreement.
At Sampdoria, he was quite successful, playing regularly and he didn’t have bad stats last season either, scoring 6 goals in the league and assisting 4 more.
Thanks to that he became a stable member of the Czech national team, which he helped to a good result at the Euro.
