Jake Paul is currently one of the highest earning athletes when it comes to combat sports. In fact, the American YouTuber also keeps the fans interested thanks to his performances, thanks to which his opponents earn huge money. However, Paul challenges MMA fighters, which is something Dan White doesn’t like. So Paul has told him under what conditions he will stop.
Jake Paul has his third win in professional boxing. And he’s beaten familiar names including Nate Robinson, Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley.
They’re all MMA fighters, and a lot of people don’t like that. But they are still respected fighters who should be able to handle someone who has been boxing for a relatively short time.
Dana White, the head of the UFC, is perhaps one of Paul’s biggest detractors. He just doesn’t like the fact that he constantly challenges MMA fighters, even his own.
But now those fighters are challenging Paul because they’re going to make money they never dreamed of for fighting him. Paul has now set new conditions under which he would no longer challenge MMA fighters.
“Hey Dana, release Jorge Masvidal and Amanda Nunes for my next tournament. If Jorge beats me and Nunes beats Serrano, then I’ll leave you alone and I’ll never hack your business again,” he said on social media.
Is that realistic? Probably not. White certainly won’t want to promote Paul and put people like that in his fights. There’s simply no one from the UFC that will fight Paul.
