Jadon Sancho has one foot in Manchester United

Manchester United believes that it will finally manage to complete the transfer of one of its main targets, Borussia Dortmund player Jadon Sancho, in the summer. The club has already agreed personal terms with the player, so all that is left is for the clubs to agree. However, that failed last year on too different ideas about the price.
As the young wing-back looks to achieve much-coveted success in an England jersey, the clubs will be negotiating his transfer.
Manchester United representatives have already agreed personal terms with the player himself. It is expected to be a five-year contract, which should see Sancho earn £350,000 a week.
This transfer was on the cards last year, but then the deal fell through on the high price Borussia Dortmund demanded, but United representatives did not meet it, so the player stayed in Germany for another season.
This year, haggling over the price shouldn’t be much different. The difference, however, is the lower asking price, which Manchester are trying to push as low as possible, and still spread it out in instalments.
Their initial offer of £67m was rejected. The German club is asking for 10.5 million more with a possible increase of 4.25 million in case of bonuses.
United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer himself has identified Sancho as one of the priorities in this transfer window, the reason being to increase competition in attack and improve the team overall in the chase for the league title that Red Devils fans have been waiting for since the 2012/2013 season.
