When Alex Kral left Slavia for Spartak Moscow, many did not understand the move. But King has shown for the umpteenth time that he knows what he is doing.
Just like in the past, when he left Slavia as a young player and went to Teplice, where he dug himself into an excellent footballer and came back to Eden.
Now King is making his Premier League debut for West Ham, where his former Slavia teammates Tomáš Souček and Vladimír Coufal are already playing.
“I always wanted to move to the Premier League. West Ham is one of the top clubs in England, I’m very happy that it happened and it worked out. It’s great that the boys are there as well, so all positive feelings,” he told iSport.
The 23-year-old footballer thus ended his career at Russian Spartak, where he spent two years. How does he remember this engagement?
“Only in a good way, it was one of the best teams I’ve experienced, the guys, the management and the coaches, it was great. We had some great games, the emotions from the fans were also great. You could feel that the city was almost all Spartak. I will remember the city, the club and the boys very well,” he added.
